Canopy is seeking a Wholesale Account Coordinator. This role will support the Retail team by maintaining relationships and marketing calendars with current wholesale accounts including Sephora, Babylist, Nordstrom, Zola, The Container Store and more. Additionally, this coordinator will manage and open new small wholesale accounts including spas, salons, and boutiques. This candidate will work amongst the marketing team in addition to working very closely with Operations.
Responsibilities
Sales
Key responsibility to grow existing and open new small wholesale accounts including spas, salons, and boutiques. Regularly communicate with new and existing accounts to increase orders. Provide information regarding product assortment, send product line sheets and brand overviews. Assist in portal setup for each wholesale account.
Plan and attend local site visits to assist in merchandising and product education.
Account Mgmt
Provide support in maintaining active wholesale accounts with oversight from Canopy Director of Sales. Communicate directly with merchants, brokers and spa owners. (Sephora, Babylist, Nordstrom, The Container Store, Zola and more!)
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure all Purchase Orders are accurate and arriving on time. Communicate with all accounts if there are any delays due to inventory levels or DC anomalies.
Work with wholesale accounts on upcoming product launches. Own all item setup by providing all assets and copy as needed for product page setup. Ensure that product pages reflect appropriate order of assets and context.
Record and maintain any wholesale outreach inquiries in retail communication tracker. Include any follow up emails sent.
Support Director of Sales with pitching of new strategic accounts by creating pitch decks, attending meetings and taking the lead on follow up and internal coordination for new retailer setup.
Marketing
Maintain Canopy marketing calendar by listing any upcoming retailer announcements regarding promotions or features.
Place orders for any marketing samples as needed for retail purposes.
You should apply if you
You have 2-4 years of experience as an Account Coordinator. Works well with others with great communication skills.
You are excited by the opportunity to grow Canopy’s wholesale revenue by optimizing existing accounts and opening new.
You must be proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
You express attention to detail and are able to stay extremely organized.
You have an understanding and passion for the Beauty and Wellness industry.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment. You can work autonomously, manage your own work, and you are highly accountable.

Open to fully remote but the Los Angeles area is preferred
Comp Range
Temp position: $25 - $100/hr
