As the Cavender's Account Manager for Apparel, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and establishing productive relationships with the Cavender's Buying and Planning Departments. Required to also work effectively with internal cross-functional partners to maintain a positive and productive relationship that drives strong business results for the Ariat and Cavender's brand.
This position is open to remote candidates in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Louisiana.

Tracking and analyzing retail sales, including gross margins, inventory turns, sell thru for a multi-door operation
Demonstrating ability to develop and execute assortment plans at the door level
Developing and executing marketing plans within assigned marketing budgets
Managing model stock planning and identifying sales trends.
Demonstrating ability to secure and enhance retail floor space.
Uncovering new growth opportunities while proactively minimizing potential risks to the business
Other duties as assigned
About You
Three to Five years of previous Sales, Buying, or Planning experience. Knowledge of Apparel or the Western Industry is a plus
You have superior communication skills; able to communicate persuasively, influentially, and responsibly across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Possess strong presentation skills that are relatable to the respective audience
Proven track record of Orderbook management ability and customer service partnership success
Proven capability to improve business processes to increase efficiencies, internally and externally
Ability to use strategic thinking and long-range planning
Required functional competency in data interpretation and action steps
Proven focus on supporting company goals as well as customer goals
Exceptional Microsoft Suite ability with advanced Excel skills
Travel is required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

The salary range for this position is $125,000- $150,000 per year.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
