The job requires an excellent understanding of doing interior and exterior lighting. Technicians will troubleshoot / repair electrical and lighting systems for large national retailers and ensure our customer facilities are maintained.
Position requires travel and is largely performed alone.
Approximately 50% of the service calls are in the greater metropolitan area and within a 3-hour radius of home. When service calls are outside of a 1 hour driving radius, the job requires a hotel stay (which is covered by the company and includes per diem).
Applicants must be able to order inventory supplies, maintain truck inventory, follow store paperwork requirements, and work proficiently.
The applicant must also be able to get a Commercial Driver’s License/DOT medical card and pass with a clean MVR and background.
