West Coast Business Manager

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day business operations, implementing strategic plans, and driving overall business growth. The Business Manager will play a key role in optimizing efficiency, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for the sales company of JD in the supply chain team building and management work;
  • Responsible for the P&L of supply chain sales;
  • Responsible for the comprehensive construction brand service and acting ability, is responsible for establishing diversified channels of distribution network, responsible for the region market and product research and forecast, to help the country's logistics sales team to achieve sales target
  • Find potential partners, negotiate and sign contracts with potential partners, to meet the sales target;
  • Distribution Channel construction, channel management and channel relationship maintenance
  • Develop agent channels for establishing regional markets and manage local agents and distributors;
  • Survey and feedback on information about competitive brands in regional markets
  • Implement branch sales management regulations and complete other matters.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • Proven track record in supply chain sales and at least [X] years of experience in a managerial role.
    • Demonstrated success in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of a sales division.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, with the ability to analyze and drive financial performance.
  • Partnership Skills:
    • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with a history of successfully establishing and maintaining partnerships.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective collaboration with partners.
  • Distribution Channel Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of distribution channel construction, management, and optimization.
    • Experience in developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales and distribution efficiency.
  • Leadership Abilities:
    • Effective team leadership skills with experience in team building, coordination, and performance management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Analytical skills for conducting market research, product forecasting, and providing valuable insights on regional markets.
    • Proven ability to gather information on competitive brands and translate findings into actionable strategies.
