Base pay range

$26.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Independent Contractor Role- 1099 Welder

  • 3-Month project requiring Experienced Welders/Fitters- Conyers, GA
  • Work Schedule will be Monday-Saturday 7AM-5PM (60- hour work week)
  • $26-32.00/hr, based on experience

Project begins Wednesday- December 13th

  • Must be experienced in the following: (2 years min. experience required)
  • MUST be an excellent fitter, able to read drawings and assemble parts.
  • Fabricate components and assemblies to specification as per drawings.
  • Ensure fit, finish and function to meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Ability to read blueprints, and Shop drawings & understand weld symbols.
  • Use of a variety hand and pneumatic tools.
  • Use various welding and cutting equipment.
  • Experience with Mig/Tig Welding
  • Some Stainless may be required.
  • Technical Training/Certification Preferred

The work environment is a new facility is a brand-new build, and this will be helping to put finishing touches on the final equipment installs.

Pay: $26-32.00 per hour (on a 1099 basis) Schedule: 10-hour shifts- 6 days a week (Sundays Off) $500.00 Completion Bonus

No Relocation is available.

  • Must provide own hand-tools- equipment and materials provided onsite.
  • Project is expected to run Dec 13-Dec 20th (shut down for holidays) then back on Jan 3rd- March 1st.
