TITLE: Website Support Specialist

Client is seeking experienced website support specialists to join our Digital Platforms department on a 3- to 4-month contract to support staff with maintaining their newly launched websites. This role will work to educate, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for school and department web editors.
Successful candidates will possess expertise in providing front-line website support through ticketing, phone and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
Prior website customer service or technical support experience
Proficiency in CMS environments, preferrable Finalsite Composer.
Understanding of web accessibility guidelines (ADA compliance, Section 508, WCAG
2.1 Level AA) and their impact on web content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively assist users via a
ticketing system (email), virtual meetings, or phone support.
Ability to follow web style guidelines and create solutions that align to client
standards and web best practices.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical
and non-technical issues faced by website editors.
