Job Title: web developer

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional websites.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Implement responsive design to ensure compatibility across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience in back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or Python.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
