Your Focus

• Design websites that drive leads using simplicity, user-friendliness, the latest web standards and accessibility best practices
• Write copy that builds credibility and generates leads
• On-page search engine optimization (SEO) with a keyword strategy, content strategy and organic search rankings
• Generate colour schemes that incorporate client logo colour schemes
• Quality assurance test and peer review sites
• Perform website updates and maintenance requests
• Monitor and audit sites to generate recommendations for user experience, content strategy, and user interface improvements - being data-driven.
• Assist in quick resolution of client-facing challenges or issues
• Audit and improve processes to improve turnaround times

Who You Are

• 2+ years in web design; great design sensibility
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and ranking strategy
• Strong writing skills. You communicate concisely and compellingly
• Experience with design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, among others
• Track record of managing client requests and steering them toward better outcomes
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Webflow knowledge is a huge asset!
• Excellent English written skills.
