The Web Designer -

We are seeking a Web Designer with graphic design experience a flair for innovation in the Biohacking and Wellness sphere, specializing in e-Commerce and consumer package goods!

Your role: to create stunning visuals for web and print, enhancing our premium brands and advancing our mission to help people thrive. You Will -

  • Build landing pages and websites that support high conversion/purchase.
  • Design high-quality digital and print assets that support marketing goals.
  • Understand how brand narrative translates to individual assets to build a visually cohesive and compelling story.
  • Provide status updates on graphic and web design projects to Art Director and Marketing Managers through Monday.com.
  • Organize and maintain Figma component library for multiple brands.
  • Utilize the organization tools for file management such as SharePoint, Monday.com and sometimes Dropbox.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team and creative peers to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner within brand voice.
  • Communicate when uncertain about project details and utilize available resources to solve problems.

You Should Have -

Soft Skills

  • Experience in Consumer Package Goods & E-commerce preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with support from peers and Art Director.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Creative, Innovative, Self-motivated, and Organized.
  • Time-Management: Ability to meet set deadlines or communicate when help is needed before the deadline.
  • Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn and utilize available resources to complete projects. A willingness to ask for guidance or help if needed.

Technical Skills

  • Strong layout, color theory and typographic skills required.
  • Proficient with Figma auto-layout and components/variables required. Experience with setting up/managing a master components library preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress Elementor, Shopify, or Swoogo for site building strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Adobe CC - Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign strongly preferred. After Effects or Premiere Pro experience are a plus.

A portfolio of work displaying skillset expected.

Compensation -

Based on this position and the requirements above we are offering an annual salary of $75,000 for this position.

Benefits -

We offer 16 days of paid vacation, sick pay and holiday pay. In addition, as an employer we pay 100% of our employees premiums for Medical, Dental, Vision.
