Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Senior UX/UI Designer on the Ecommerce UX team, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer experiences across Experian’s consumer-facing websites, educational content, email communications and marketing landing pages.
• You will collaborate with SEO and content experts, Ecommerce strategists, CRM program managers, UX researchers and developers to design, implement and test top-quality consumer experiences.
• Key tasks include improving content organization and readability, creating engaging visualizations, working with design systems, managing large-scale projects and contributing to segmented Ecommerce campaign communications.
• You will also assist in QA, participate in usability testing and stay current on UX design trends.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Design tools FIGMA really well, ADOBE, little development knowledge.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in visual/digital design or a similar field, with at least 5 years of UX/UI design or digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• A strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
• Experience in financial, investment or insurance industries, as well as general knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS, is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under some ambiguity are also required.
• Passion for illustration, painting background.
