Web Content Specialist

Location: Remote (must be EST or CST based)

Comp: $70k-$80K

Reports to: Senior Web Content Manager


Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Web Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in web content management and a passion for delivering an exceptional web user experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for regular updates, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing our website for maximum performance and user engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Content Updates & Quality Assurance: Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy & relevance.
  • Routine Web Maintenance: Quickly address and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth website functionality.
  • Project Management: Oversee & manage large-scale web development projects to meet business objectives.
  • E-Commerce Oversight: Manage e-commerce aspects to enhance user experience & drive sales.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor & analyze web analytics to gain insights into user behavior & site performance.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with marketing, IT, creative, & analytics teams to develop & implement a unified web strategy.
  • SEO Strategy &Implementation: Develop & implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings & drive traffic, while staying updated on industry best practices.


Preferred Software/Platform Experience:

  • Content Management Systems: Proficiency with Enterprise CMS, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Coding Languages: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with AEM, Photoshop, and Adobe Commerce.
  • Google Suite Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, and A/B Testing tools.
  • SEO: Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • E-Commerce Platforms: Familiarity with Adobe Commerce is a plus.
  • Heat Mapping Software: Ability to use heat mapping for user interaction analysis.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CMS Management Experience: 2-3 years of experience required.
  • SEO and E-Commerce: Basic understanding required.
  • Web Accessibility: Familiarity with best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Cross-Collaboration: Experience working within cross-functional teams.


Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available "after hours" if an emergency should arise. Opportunity is limited, apply now!
