THE ROLE– Web Analytics Manager
In this capacity, you will ultimately be responsible for driving the web strategy and initiatives for an organization that is looking to maintain its stronghold on its subsection within the MarTech domain. You will have high visibility throughout the organization as you work cross-functionally to spearhead the Digital Analytics division as a whole; the ideal candidate will be well-versed in Google Analytics, proficient in a/b testing, and be able to tell an intricate story with data through the use of Tableau (or another BI tool).
Furthermore, you will use your domain knowledge to drive the adoption of digital measurement methodologies while also interfacing directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. This is a high-level individual contributor role to start, but the vision will be to build out a team sooner than later!
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred.
Strong, hands-on commercial experience in a Digital Analytics capacity is needed.
Previous experience with the implementation of Tag Management solutions required, such as Google Tag Manager/Tealium/etc.
Super-user proficiency in Google Analytics is required.
Previous use of SQL strongly preferred. Exposure to open-source statistical languages such as Python or R is a nice-to-have.
Prior experience with a/b testing required.
Previous experience in an E-Commerce, B2B, or Agency environment is required.
Great communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders cross-functionally.
Ample experience utilizing BI tools for story-telling purposes, including Tableau, PowerBI, Domo, Looker, etc.
