The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a diligent and articulate Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will work directly with clients to develop and implement strategies to address their financial goals and needs. This role is a unique blend of relationship building, networking, engaging clients and advising them on investment management, and strategic financial planning. The Wealth Manager acts as the linchpin in fostering and maintaining client relationships while managing an extensive portfolio on their behalf.

Role Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, engaging and building relationships with potential clientele.
  • Developing comprehensive financial plans for clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Providing expert investment advice to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Conducting in-depth portfolio reviews and making appropriate adjustments to ensure the plan aligns with the client's goals.
  • Keeping abreast of current industry trends, new investment strategies, and regulatory changes to provide the utmost service to clients.

Desired Qualifications

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 registration (within 6 months).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment management.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage large client portfolios and foster client relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Investment, or related field.
  • Experience with financial planning software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with tax planning and estate planning.
  • Strong networking skills within the industry.

Compensation: From $125,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year
