Position Title: WCS eCommerce Application Support Lead

Location: 100% Remote

Position Type: Contract

Description

  • 8+ years of experience of which 4+ years of experience in eCommerce
  • Experience building and maintaining e-Commerce websites, including related technologies such as payment gateways etc.
  • Should have solid level 3 support experience in large eCommerce platforms.
  • Should have hands-on and knowledge in anyone programming language, SQL, and application monitoring.
  • Knowledge in SFCC is an added advantage.
  • Should have good debugging and analytical skills.
  • Should be running critical issues and drive them to closure.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills
