Join our team as an Operating Technician based near Warner Robbins at Robbins Air Force Base. This role is perfect for individuals eager to advance their career in the environmental consulting sector. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and monitoring the groundwater pump and treatment remedial system, and ensuring compliance through accurate reporting. You will also engage in various consulting and remedial construction activities, compile monitoring data, perform environmental sampling, oversee construction projects, and provide support to geologists and engineers. Expect extensive fieldwork and some travel, including potential overnight stays and working during weekends and holidays on rare occasions. Bi-weekly on-call status is also a requirement.

Work Environment
You will primarily work at the groundwater treatment plant on base which includes an office space that is not temperature controlled. Daily responsibilities involve managing and maintaining five remediation systems, conducting preventative maintenance, and performing compliance sampling. The role also involves client interaction, introducing new staff to environmental programs, and potentially driving a company vehicle.
