Wastewater Process Engineer

• Process design for each assigned project from preliminary to finalization to make sure all reactors and equipment are sized correctly and selected economically.

• Controls narrative for assigned project to make sure the process control is clearly described to controls engineer for programming.

• Wet testing during system commissioning to make sure all pre-conditions are met.

• Technical instruction for system inoculation and start up.

• Site performance for assigned customer sites to make sure no process issue affecting the system performance.

• RO system troubleshooting on any customer sites when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering

• 9+ years of process design & integration experience, preferably in the food and beverage or water and wastewater industry (both aerobic and anaerobic systems along with membrane treatment systems)

• Experience in design, installation, start up, operation, troubleshoot and maintenance Reverse Osmosis systems.

• Experience in analysis of wastewater treatment plants, water audit for industries and related issues.

• Understanding of basic fabrication techniques
