We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team! You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth warranty claims process and providing exceptional service to our homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Warranty Expertise: Process and manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
Customer Champion: Answer homeowner phone calls, address inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Team Player: Provide clerical support to Field Representatives, ensuring they have the information they need.
Proactive Problem Solver: Contribute to special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Communication Master: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain policies and procedures to homeowners.
Calm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
Time Management Pro: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Data Whiz: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and recordkeeping.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with homeowners and colleagues.
