The Warranty Administrator is focused on ensuring warranty costs are recovered promptly and that judgments are accurate. The Warranty Administrator’s primary responsibilities are to manage all warranty cost invoicing, debits, and credits, while being responsible for a final audit of claims before they are paid to the dealer. This position will also be cross trained to support claim judgments and other warranty functions within the group, including supplier recovery and systems support.
Job Functions:
Provides customer support to Dealers, Distributors and OEMs by ensuring seamless warranty processing.
Support training of warranty functions.
Deliver high quality customer service via phone, email, and online case system.
Generate, track and report on status of invoices and credits to Dealers/Distributors/OEMs and factories using business intelligence software.
Submit and track department external and internal orders.
Audit warranty claim decisions to verify that they are accurate and complete before providing final approval.
Create monthly reports on the financial status of the warranty budgets.
Oversee warranty authorizations and approvals ensuring claims are processed within policy guidelines and in a timely manner.
Standardize department processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
Associate degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
1+ year experience in a customer service role preferred.
This position is full time and based in Adairsville, GA.
