Warehouse Supervisor

Zal Industrial, a leader in industrial fasteners, tools, and supplies, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our East Los Angeles location. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in a fastener warehouse environment, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in communication and computer skills. Responsibilities include leading and managing the warehouse team, overseeing inventory management, operational efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of physically handling packages of up to 100 lbs. A valid driver's license and a clear DMV record are essential. Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse reorganization to improve inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage the warehouse team, including scheduling, hiring, and staff management.
• Set and achieve operational goals, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Train and develop team members, ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Handle product-related tasks such as unloading, quality inspection, and accurate weighing.
• Manage the processing of orders, including handling, sorting, and storage of products, to ensure the accuracy of inventory and delivery of orders to customers.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a fastener warehouse environment.
• Leadership or management experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
• Strong written/oral communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
• Physical capability to handle packages up to 100lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clear DMV record. Successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen, background check, and previous employment verification.
