Warehouse Supervisor

Tri-Pac, Inc. a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical marketers, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisorfor immediate addition to our fast-growing team. The position is in South Bend, Indiana.

Job Description:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all warehouse activities, and managing the receiving, shipping, moving components, storing, picking, and packing of finished products to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and quality standards are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving warehouse daily activities, and objectives.
• Maintains accurate inventory of items in the warehouse.
• Enforces and maintains FIFO related inventory control procedures.
• Ensure that all production and compound inventory/ kits are delivered in a timely manner so that there are no delays in production.
• Directs material between two facilities with reliance on ERP, communication from customer service and managing team tasks.
• Supports production and component requirements based on workload.
• Directs and conducts cycle counts.
• Oversees the distribution strategy in support of achieving target: quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives.
• Responsible for overseeing the recycling and the removal of all types of waste.
• Ensures that the work effort which has been scheduled is accomplished on time and consistent with requirements.
• Ensures the accuracy timeliness of all transactions processed in SAP system.
• Other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management.

• An associate degree and/or 3+ years previous supervisor experience leading teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP system.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in the company.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Flexible to work overtime if it is required.
