Warehouse Supervisor

We are expanding our team in US, and this is a general JD for warehouse supervisor, we have different supervisor openings for inbound, outbound, cross docking etc.

Working location: 245 Mountain Ave, Middlesex, NJ 08846

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the outbound fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of order handovers.
2. Responsible for process optimization to improve overall outbound efficiency.
3. Responsible for team development and management.
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time outbound rate, outbound productivity, and customer complaint rate.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
6. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outbound processes.
7. Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to outbound orders.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
9. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
10. Implement and oversee technology solutions to streamline outbound operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on outbound operations.
3. Proven experience in process optimization and team management.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
10. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to warehouse operations.
