About the Role

We are on the hunt for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations at Ivy City Co! This role is full-time and on-site at Ivy’s Riverton warehouse. Our Warehouse Supervisor will oversee receiving, storing, and shipping products while ensuring efficient coordination among the team. 

Responsibilities

• Manage general operations of Ivy’s warehouse 
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Ivy’s policies and safety regulations 
• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling, including coordination with other teams 
• Oversee implementation and training on new software and tools as approved 
• Maintain warehouse through organizing, cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis 
• Update various spreadsheets daily with efficiency scores, work output, and fulfillment KPIs 
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints 
• Attend weekly warehouse leadership meetings, contributing ideas for improvement 
• Conduct morning standup meetings and monthly 1-on-1's for warehouse team 
• Lead and assign daily tasks to warehouse team 

Qualifications

• At least 3-years warehouse experience 
• At least 1-year managerial experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Experience in data entry and inventory software and systems 
• Proficient in Excel 
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
