As a Warehouse / Customer Service Representative, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits. You will operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently, ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations, and coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules. Additionally, you will handle and process returned goods according to company policies.
On the customer service side, you will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information regarding product availability, order status, and delivery schedules. You will also collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in logistics or customer service being a plus. Proven experience in a warehouse environment and/or customer service role is required, along with proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. You should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy items, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, are also essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with inventory control and logistics management, forklift certification, and knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
This position involves working in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, regular use of warehouse equipment, and may require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement plan options, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
