Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Warehouse Lead to assist in overseeing the receiving and staging of the company's inventory. To ensure success in this role, the Team Lead will exhibit knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes. The right candidate will be strongly disciplined, organized, and have a thorough execution approach.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
• Promote the structure and plans set forth by the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager.
• Recport to management on stock levels, issues, etc.
• Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees on warehouse floor throughout the shift.
• Identify and report problems in a timely manner.
• Participate in the training and development of warehouse employee.
• Assist in performing recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and tracking.
• Provide support in maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all warehouse operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience combined.
  
  

Experience:

• At least two years of inventory experience.
• Prefer previous team leadership experience or roles of increased responsibility.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
• Bilingual verbal and written language skills – fluent in English and Spanish.
• Organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
• Possess a thoughtful approach to communicating information.
• Mathematical skills: the ability to understand dimensions.
• Ability to multi-task, handling numerous assignments simultaneously with quick transitions.
• Time management skills: the ability to prioritize work to adapt to a fast-paced environment and perform well under stress.
