Who We are Looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to perform data entry and other clerical duties. The ideal
candidate will have acute attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate
effectively with individuals and departments. This role is critical to ensuring that physical inventory is quickly and
correctly consumed in our management system to reflect accurate inventory counts.
Responsibilities:
Data entry of work order paperwork into our inventory management system
Audit inventory as needed to complete work order paperwork
Documenting and properly distributing completed work orders paperwork to the quality department
Notify the warehouse team of inventory issues encountered during audits
Work with the production team to ensure accuracy of the work orders with corrections as needed
Maintenance and occasional creation of SOP’s
Assist the warehouse department with audits, counts, research, and more
Work with the production and quality control teams to research or audit discrepancies on paperwork or work orders
Necessary Skills &Qualifications:
Experience working in a fulfillment warehouse environment
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Proven reliability and team-oriented work ethic
Strong computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing
Physical Requirements:
Use hands on a keyboard, sit for long periods of time
Compensation
$16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and skillset
