Who/What Are We Looking For?
As a Warehouse Administrator/Inventory Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the warehouse department's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Efficiently handle the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
Interact with team members to provide assistance and address inquiries related to inventory, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Assist in the intake of warehouse inventory and ensure correct quantity and pricing of items
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse department
Qualifications
To be a successful member of our team, you'll need
A high school diploma (or GED) as a testament to your foundational education
Prior experience in administrative work is preferred
A knack for effectively communicating
Dedication to meeting attendance requirements, demonstrating reliability
A team-player mentality, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues
Proficiency in navigating through multiple software systems and windows simultaneously
A demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy when responding to customer needs
Compensation
$19 – 21 an hour, based on experience
Paid hourly/weekly
Office Hours
Monday through Friday
730am – 5pm
