You will focus on:

  • Stakeholder liaison and acting as the main point of contact for marketing queries from directors, producers, funders, broadcasters, sales agents and other stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle, including for titles currently in development or production.
  • Working with the team to brief and develop key campaign artwork, trailers and additional assets with MUBI’s in-house Creative team and occasionally with agencies.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in the Global Marketing team on strategy for support across Digital, CRM, Influencers and Local Marketing channels.
  • Syncing with the Comms team to define a strategic announcement schedule for each campaign, and identify potential marketing opportunities requiring talent.
  • Acting as a key cross-functional leader, working in close collaboration with teams including Product/Engineering, Global and Local Marketing, Digital, Growth, Production, Editorial, Brand, Operations, Analytics and more.

What you will bring:

  • An experienced and creative marketing professional who is confident, collaborative and passionate about film.
  • Experience in crafting marketing strategy for film title marketing campaigns, targeting theatrical and/or streaming audiences.
  • Experience in developing campaign positioning desired.
  • A confident people manager, capable of growing and nurturing a high-performing team based in multiple territories, with a focus on collaboration, empathy and efficiency.
  • A cross-functional leader who enjoys working collaboratively with diverse internal teams, actively seeking out opportunities to streamline workflows and identify collective opportunities.
  • An eye for creative visuals across static and video formats that are innovative and impactful
  • A strong communicator, listener and negotiator, who is capable of being both persuasive and assertive on calls and in person.
  • Internationally-minded, with previous experience in working across multiple territories not essential, but desired.
  • A natural problem-solver who is adaptable, with an ability to thrive in a rapidly growing company.
  • Results and data-driven, with an analytical mindset.
  • Has a strong understanding of all facets of the digital marketing landscape, from organic social to paid digital and CRM.
  • Experience in media buying and partnerships, and understanding of the broad media landscape.
  • Comfortable in stakeholder management, including working with senior internal stakeholders, as well as filmmaking teams, funders, financiers and broadcasters across strategy, creative and reporting.
  • A multitasker who can work across a large number of campaigns in parallel.
