A large digital transformation agency is looking to hire a SVP Account Director to join its team.


Do you enjoying pitching (and winning) business with clients in CPG and Retail?

Have you led large digital initiatives for existing clients?

Do you want to grow your career and impact a growing agency?


If so, this may be the right role for you. This role is remote with travel to client site. There is a preference for candidates in EST and CST.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with senior clients to set their vision and translate it into actionable steps for the agency team
  • Design and implement operational solutions that benefit both client and agency
  • Shape account direction and tone by building alignment and cohesion within discipline leads
  • Earn the role of a trusted advisor by developing and applying deep expertise in every aspect of the client's business
  • Contribute directly to creating and enhancing great ideas by bringing expertise to bear from brief to delivery
  • Create an environment where clients and the agency team can confidently collaborate through challenges
  • Author growth strategies, accurately forecast revenue, and ensure the team has what's necessary to achieve those goals
  • Craft narratives for and deliver key client presentations to maximize sell-in of innovative thinking

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with experience contributing to new business efforts and driving organic growth

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 15+ years working in a digital marketing agency or consultancy
  • 10+ years experience as a business partner to senior-level clients
  • Experience pitching and winning digital transformation business with CPG and/or Retail clients (1MM+)
  • A love for digital transformation
