The VP, Solutions Architecture & Advisory is a critically important position within the Global Solutions leadership team and will be responsible for leading a team of Data, ITAM and FinOps experts across our core platforms of Snow Atlas and Flexera One customer base.

You will be responsible for leading a highly experienced team of Architects and Advisors globally focused on the entirety of the customer journey. You will also be expected to run your portfolio with efficiency and excellence and collaborate with teams to deliver an incredible customer experience.

You are a strategic thinker, someone who thinks strategically but can also lead through change and transformation in a methodical approach while inspiring your team to do the best work of their lives. You are a proven leader with an eye for acquiring and developing talent and accustomed to running global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a diverse global team of Architects and Advisors across core areas of focus that include Data, ITAM and FinOps. These teams are the subject matter experts that provide the supporting apparatus to our Solutions Engineers, Solutions Success Manager and Solutions Enablement teams to ensure our customers achieve success throughout the customer journey.
  • The teams will address immediate customer challenges, shape the customer value journey, and gain an in-depth understanding of each product and how our customers leverage our platform to meeting their business needs and achieve valuable outcomes.
  • The mission is to maintain high customer satisfaction, enhance platform adoption, strong renewal rates, and ensuring of strong foundation of customer value realization in that drives expansion and cross-sell growth.
  • Execute on the vision of the overall Solutions organization, supporting the strategy and roadmap for effective customer engagements that continually drive meaningful outcomes for our customers. Be a mentor and source of inspiration for the team, ensuring consistent and effective practices that lead to exceptional customer success. Drive efficiencies and economies of scale as we transform and integrate our work for maximum business impact.
  • Develop, manage, and nurture a highly skilled, integrated, and engaged team. Champion the team's efforts to build strong internal relationships with Product, Engineering, Sales and the broader Solutions organization to influence product direction and address customer concerns. Foster a culture of continuous learning, deepening the teams' expertise in their domain and product portfolio. Qualifications

  • 10+ years spearheading and supervising high-performing teams on a global scale within the software industry
  • A track record of progressive management roles showcasing adeptness in leadership and execution
  • 10+ years expertise in customer-facing technical functions such as Solutions Engineering, Architecture, and Consulting Services
  • Strong proficiency in Data Services, ITAM, and/or FinOps domains, with a preference for candidates with ServiceNow familiarity
  • Exceptional project management abilities, adept at prioritizing and driving success across multiple large-scale initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead large global direct teams and highly cross-functional teams
  • Effectively champion diversity of team, thought, and opinion
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, proficient in conveying intricate concepts in a strategic and concise manner
