Responsible for delivering operational excellence across the key sales support functions including creative, sales ops, materials creation and sponsorship package construction.

This role will pay a salary of $175,000 to $200,000.

CPC is proud to oversee the global partnership and sponsorship representation of all brands and properties across the MSG family of companies, including Sphere, Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, The Chicago Theatre, New York Knicks, New York Rangers, MSG Networks, the Radio City Rockettes and the Christmas Spectacular. Crown Properties Collection was created in September 2023 by Oak View Group and Madison Square Garden Entertainment and Sphere Entertainment with the intent of becoming a positive disruption in our industry and immediately became the larger partnership of its kind in the live industry.

  • Build and establish culture, structure and processes to create a best-in-class sales enablement team
  • Develop, coach and establish professional development opportunities for a team of experienced direct reports and their teams
  • Manage project delivery and create innovative go-to-market approaches to serve a wide-range of clients with complex business needs
  • Day-to-day management of a team of (8) eight including creative services – designers and sales operations / solutions
  • Creation of sponsorship proposals and associated asset P&Ls tailored to the specific needs of potential partners / brands
  • Creation of world class pitch materials to support sales conversations with potential sponsors
  • Development of world class materials to support CPC business development
  • Ensuring highest expression and visual excellence through the design team
  • Establishment of sales operations infrastructure, tools and processes to ensure prioritized and on time delivery of sales materials in line with sales effort
  • Involvement in contract operations liaising with relevant legal teams at client and / or brands
  • Work closely with Strategy to infuse data and audience driven narratives into sales materials and client solutions
  • Responsible for delivering operational excellence across the key sales support functions including solutions, creative, sales ops, materials creation and sponsorship package construction
  • The ideal candidate will be a player / coach able to empower, maximize and grow talent on the team while actively working on mission critical projects
  • Given the entrepreneurial nature of the business, this person will be a dynamic problem solver, with empathic leadership skills, a humble and hungry mindset and a commitment to flex to support the wider business
  • Undergraduate and/or graduate studies in marketing, business, sports management
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience with demonstrated creative development, project management, and leadership skillsets
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, working knowledge of Photoshop is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills and continuous curiosity.
