VP Scientific Director

EPM Scientific is partnered with a fully remote flexible agency that works across HCP pharma/promotional medical education content covering various therapeutic areas like neurology, dermatology, oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and more. They're looking for a highly strategic, collaborative, and driven VP Scientific Director to help them continue to grow moving into the rest of 2024 and beyond.

Your responsibilities as a VP Scientific Director will include:

• Spearheading the content development and ensuring they're critically reviewed for scientific accuracy and appropriate for the intended audiences
• Provide scientific insight and guidance across the multiple disease state areas of focus
• Be the scientific lead for internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting the team with competitive analyses and how to maintain and bring in business overall
• Mentor and manager more junior members of the team and helping their development

A strong candidate for this role will have:

• 10+ years of direct HCP pharma ad/promotional medical education agency experience
• Prior business development experience (RFPs, SOPs, live pitch participation)
• Ability to work and provide scientific expertise across a multitude of therapeutic areas
