Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a VP,Salesforce Platform Manager to drive the implementation and ongoing operation our CRM platform. The platform enables the work of multiple business teams and is a fundamental component of our Real Estate and Asset Management platform.
Salary: $200K - $220K + 20% Bonus
401K Match: 100% up to 4%

Responsibilities
Define the platform visions and roadmap
Maintain expert knowledge of CRE and PropTech products, services, and industry trends
Manage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platform
Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teams
Define and manage OKRs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the business
Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the platform
Create and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projects
Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
Oversee CRM infrastructure services from internal and external providers
Manage integrations with Link and external products and platforms
Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations
Requirements
10+ years corporate/technology experience;
5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce as a Platform
Experience managing teams
Strong organizational skills, can break complex topics into simple actionable messages
Strong strategic thinking, ability to think and align long term and short-term objectives and to align department prioritization with enterprise, customer, and investor priorities
Ability to ideate flexibly, toggling between ambitious, innovative solutions and iterative, proven approaches to problem-solving
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
Domestic travel may be required up to 20% (dependent on epidemiological conditions)
