We are currently partnered with a dynamic HealthTech start-up is seeking a VP of Sales to lead their commercial growth during a pivotal moment. This early-stage company is revolutionizing the healthcare talent marketplace and needs a seasoned sales executive with a robust career selling to healthcare executives.


Role Overview

The VP of Sales will focus on expanding the company’s presence in hospitals and health systems. The ideal candidate has a strong sales track record and established relationships in the hospital sector, excelling in closing deals and driving revenue growth in a high-energy startup environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare systems.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Develop and refine the value proposition for hospitals and healthcare systems.
  • Take full ownership of sales targets and achieve goals with relentless drive.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience selling to hospitals, particularly to Chief Nursing Officers and Chief Human Resources Officers.
  • Proven top performer with a history of exceeding quotas and ranking in the top 20% of peers.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and execution-focused.
  • Based in US, with willingness to travel occasionally.
