Role Overview: The person in this role will assist in delivering profitable revenue, expanding market share and driving customer satisfaction for the company’s North America market. They will be responsible for sales performance and KPIs ensuring the company revenue goals are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson with a deep background in B2B enterprise sales in a fast-paced, fluid environment. This position will be remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell the suite of Markaaz data solutions, including verification, decisioning, enrichment, and monitoring to identified industry targets, such as Financial Institutions (incl. neo-banks), Insurance, ERP and Procure to Pay companies and others.
  • Co-lead the segmentation, commercial and growth roadmap for the company for North America (with a focus on USA to start) through enterprise partnerships relationships
  • Provide the voice of customer to the Markaaz product team to continually enhance the suite of product solutions and offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic environments. Be aware of policy, legal and compliance updates in the region.

Required Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in senior sales and/or sales leadership roles with demonstrated experience and success in closing complex deals, working through ambiguity, and creating a culture of commercial urgency
  • Experience working in consultative sales environments and the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships
  • Experience in structuring and pricing profitable deals in a quantitatively rigorous manner that optimizes both client and Markaaz economic benefits
  • Extensive background selling data solutions to enterprises.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, accountability, and follow-through
  • Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics

Additional Preferred Requirements:

  • Background with one of the following types of organizations is highly desirable: SMB data providers, credit bureaus, and risk scoring and modeling companies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Person must be authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States and be willing to submit to required background checks. The must also be fluent in English with any other language a plus.
