Our client are a mid-sized manufacturer of innovative animal health pharmaceuticals, primarily in the companion animal space.
The VP of Sales and Marketing will be a key member of their leadership team and report directly into the President of North America. This role will focus on expanding their corporate account base and raising brand awareness for their flagship portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have:
4+ years proven experience in a senior sales/marketing role, preferably with an animal health manufacturer or veterinary practice group
Experience developing a long term commercial strategy, inclusive of commercial excellence and marketing campaigns
Strong leadership and motivation skills, preferably over a team of 8+ FTEs
A results driven approach
