Pressure sensitive label manufacturer Print-O-Tape,Inc,, is seeking a VP of Sales & Marketing in our Mundelein, IL office. The position of VP-Sales & Marketing is primarily responsible for overseeing our sales initiatives and managing the inside (customer service) and outside sales teams in support of the company's strategies. This position reports directly to the owners of the company.
This position would manage sales efforts for a wide variety of products. Our plant has 10 flexographic printing presses 7" to 20" wide, from blank colors to 10 colors, UV digital ink jet, and RFID insertion.
A successful candidate for this position will need to:
Have extensive experience with the sales arena of pressure sensitive labels
Implement company strategies and goals within the sales team
Track and report on progress toward goals
Manage a portfolio of over 200 active clients
Provide guidance, support, training, and discipline for sales and marketing staff as necessary
Communicate effectively with sales, operations, and finance to achieve common goals
Provide training for new employees as needed
A successful candidate for this position will have:

In-depth knowledge of the pressure sensitive label industry
