Why Hover Wants You

As the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Hover, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of revenue strategy, sales operations, enablement and business systems. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and architect the way we look at the business.

Hover will be looking to you to help define our overall growth and revenue strategy long term. You will be someone who feels just as much at home at the whiteboard as you do in a spreadsheet, and you’ll be expected to help drive forward the discussion around the biggest go-to-market choices our sales team will make each season. How do we maintain sales efficiency? What playbook makes the most sense for a specific segment? How should we balance resources between our various teams and markets to drive velocity?

Success here will rely just as much on your former career experience as it does your creativity.
