VP, Quality & Hardware Reliability

They’re in a strong financial position with an $16B valuation and over $1.2B in revenues with continuing growth in the U.S. and internationally.

Role:

As a Vice President of Global Quality and Hardware Reliability, you will develop and execute the enterprise quality strategy across product lines and initiatives, and lead the global Quality Team to deliver 10x value to the business as they prepare for massive scale!

• Hardware reliability: improve testing and validation protocols
• Supplier quality engineering: Stay innovative while maintaining quality
• Quality: balance quality, cost, and speed to market

What you bring:

• 10-15+ years experience
• Experience implementing quality processes, systems, and metrics as well as the ability to develop and implement cost saving measures and conserve organizational resources
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment

Must be located or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ.
