As our VP of Product Marketing, you'll be at the helm of developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with ambitious business goals. Your focus will be on expanding our market presence, driving product adoption, and ensuring our customers are delighted with our solutions.
Strategic Visionary: Craft and implement a robust product marketing strategy that fuels market expansion and product adoption while keeping customer satisfaction at its core.
Storyteller Extraordinaire: Develop and own product positioning documents that clearly communicate our value proposition, business benefits, and unique differentiators.
Market Maestro: Lead market research initiatives to uncover market needs, identify customer segments, and analyze competitive landscapes, shaping our product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Collaborative Innovator: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our messaging is cohesive and our product launches are seamless and successful.
Demand Generation Guru: Support the demand generation team with engaging content and powerful tools designed to generate leads and accelerate our sales pipeline.
Content Creator: Develop compelling content and sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and web content, showcasing the value of our products to diverse audiences.
Engaging Writer: Craft thoughtful and captivating content for our website, including product pages, blogs, and white papers, to attract and inform potential customers.
Data-Driven Leader: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine and enhance our strategies.
Relationship Builder: Foster strong relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers, amplifying our market presence and increasing product visibility.
Team Mentor: Lead, mentor, and grow the product marketing team, nurturing a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Healthcare IT, EMR, or EHR is a must.
A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messages.
Strong analytical skills, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with various teams.
A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, specifically within the SaaS and healthcare IT sectors preferred.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic product marketing plans that have achieved measurable business results.
Deep understanding of the healthcare IT market, including regulatory environments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and KPIs.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
