The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Vice President of Premium & Hospitality Sales to join our leadership team. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of our Premium & Hospitality strategy, leadership, and results. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of success in leading a Premium & Hospitality team for a major college or professional sports franchise.
What You'll Do
Design, execute, and monitor all elements of our Premium & Hospitality activities
Oversee high-end contracted premium partnerships with professional sports franchises and major Division I college athletic departments nationwide
Develop comprehensive business plans, training manuals, and new business development strategies
Create and manage the vision and strategy for Premium & Hospitality Sales, Service, and Operations across our partners
Serve as the primary liaison between our company and all Premium & Hospitality partners
Work closely with executive leadership to forecast financials and exceed revenue targets
Lead and motivate Premium Sales & Hospitality partnership teams to meet organizational goals
Collaborate across departments including legal, finance, ticketing, multi-media rights, tech, and marketing
Manage department budget and ensure all financial objectives are met
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities for growth
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of sports sales experience
4+ years in Premium & Hospitality Sales
2+ years as a department leader
Strong experience in budgeting and financial forecasting
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams
Enthusiasm for teaching, motivating, and driving sales excellence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
