Title: VP of Sales, New Business
Salary: Up to $150k base, $250-$300k OTE
Location: Fully remote - willing to travel occasionally

Role: Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will begin as an Individual Contributor. Required experience selling strategic solutions to U.S. Health Systems. Looking for someone with over a decade of sales experience in workforce solutions and technology products, specializing in B2B SaaS targeting healthcare clients at enterprise, regional, and midmarket levels, including hospitals and health systems. Proven track record in navigating complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and buyers. Possesses strong initiative, business judgment, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in utilizing online CRM applications and social media for pipeline growth and deal closure. Demonstrated success in new business development and exceptional strategy and growth capabilities. Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
