Job Purpose:
FXI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. The VP of Sales will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Drive the development of national, and if appropriate, international sales strategies
Work closely with marketing and product line leaders to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs, ensuring the sales team is consistently following, engaging, and influencing the largest project opportunities
Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
Analyze competitive market intelligence and adjust positioning to retain and grow market leadership
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners
Analyze and evaluate channel effectiveness and work with sales leadership to make recommendations and affect change where improvement is needed
Analyze relevant information to gain a solid understanding of issues – financial, staff, organization, channel – and ensure that important elements are addressed
Anticipate the future of the business and creatively mobilize resources to drive change
Drive growth and champion new product development by working cross functionally with marketing and operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related; MBA preferred
7+ years of Sales experience; 5+ years Leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to work closely with Customer Service and/or Customer Service Management to deliver best-in-class customer service
Marketing and product launch experience
Experience with hiring and building a high performing sales team focused on solution selling
Microsoft Office proficiency, with experience implementing and maintaining a CRM platform
Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills. Ability to use them at all levels in and out of the organization
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
