YOUR BACKGROUND
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
Preferred experience in injection molding and resin
Experience selling into diverse market segments
Familiarity with medical devices is highly desirable
Expertise in sealing applications, high-temp chemical resistance, and high-end industrial applications
Proven track record in building and leading sales teams
Marketing experience is a plus
Previous roles as VP of Sales or Director of Sales
Experience managing small sales teams (5 or fewer)
Background in smaller company environments
In-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
