YOUR BACKGROUND

The successful individual will be able to demonstrate experience in the following:

  • Extensive experience in defense, automotive, oil & gas, agriculture, and off-highway sectors, with a current focus on off-highway.
  • Specialized in precision machining, prioritizing this expertise.
  • Demonstrated hunting experience in acquiring new business.
  • Seeking a candidate with prior experience in lower mid-market companies.

Basic Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
