VP of Sales and Marketing (Remote)

A company is seeking a hyperactive, proactive afterburner of a VP of Sales and Marketing. YOU MUST be an expert at creating and executing full-cycle digital Sales and Marketing funnels. This is a high-volume, high-pressure sales environment where the average client gives you 5 minutes to close, however, the company expects you to help develop successful digital funnels to automate the close process. The company expects you to lead by example, by showing you can sell as well.

A VP Sales and Marketing is a vital executive position responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company. This professional plays a critical role in developing and executing the sales strategy, as well as managing and leading the sales team.

As a VP Sales and Marketing, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will not only achieve revenue targets but also align with the company’s overall objectives. This requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.

Leading and managing a high-performing sales team will be a key aspect of your role. This includes hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. You will be responsible for creating a motivating and inspiring work environment that encourages collaboration and fosters individual growth.

This role will start at a small base salary plus commission and grow once the company is funded. If you can’t dedicate time and energy at a small base salary for now, this role is not for you.
