Sales (60%):
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential customers, industry networks, and decision-makers to drive sales.
- Lead account management activities, engaging with key stakeholders and promoting our products.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to optimize market coverage and oversee territory realignments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with our custom division to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting end-markets and distribution channels effectively.
- Motivate the sales team through relationship building and training initiatives.
- Set and monitor sales goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds expectations.
- Manage the departmental budget accurately.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our products and services are represented with pride.
- Assist in marketing initiatives such as trade shows and product launches.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and uphold company values.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and sales management experience.
- Previous experience in the apparel or soft goods industry preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and cultivate professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
