VP of Sales – Engineering

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to lead a dynamic sales team and drive growth for a nationally recognized engineering firm. Located in Ohio, this firm is a leader in civil and structural engineering, geospatial services, safety, and environmental solutions. As the VP of Sales, you will lead a team of 5-6 sales professionals located across the U.S, and work to significantly grow he revenue of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on both individual and collective growth
• Drive revenue growth
• Manage the sales pipeline, client relationships, and overall sales strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Act as a manager and builder, with a focus on team development and performance management
  
  

Requirements:

• 8+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus on managing teams
• Prior experience in sales and management is required; engineering or construction industry experience is a plus
• A background in engineering, with a transition to sales, would be advantageous
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional visits to our corporate headquarters
