Job Summary

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing $750 million revenue Commercial Printing and Marketing Services Company with locations across the United States and Canada. This Company is in an acquisitive phase of its life cycle, looking to grow both organically and through targeted investments and acquisitions of existing enterprises within the commercial printing, signage, and eCommerce industries. The Vice President of Restructuring will be reporting to and working directly with the Founder of our Company. The Director will prepare the Company’s financial models, help prepare analyses related to strategic initiatives, and act as the project management leader for third party financial requests.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain financial models in order to forecast business performance, liquidity management, job costing, support strategic initiatives, and assess financial risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure models are robust, scalable, and adaptable to various business scenarios
  • Prepare and present financial reports, projections, and performance metrics to the Founder and other senior leaders
  • Prepare analyses for the Company’s strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights
  • Identify cost cutting opportunities
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Act as the project management leader for third party financial requests, including gathering the necessary data and assessing accuracy
  • Manage dispositions and restructuring of assets.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of investment banking experience
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software and tools, such as Excel, VBA, SQL, etc.
  • Willingness to work late hours and on the weekends as needed
  • Ability to accomplish all responsibilities without a direct report
  • Restructuring experience

  • Highly skilled in financial modeling
  • Extensive business experience and strategic knowledge
  • Excellent financial and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Printing and eCommerce experience strongly preferred
  • NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft suite
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented
  • Problem-solving ability and creative thinking for developing workable solutions


Physical Requirements

  • Travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with the founder, clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
