Role Overview
As the VP of PMO, you will be responsible for establishing and executing our PMO strategy. Your role will involve managing the project portfolio, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement our organizational project portfolio management strategy.
Monitor project delivery timelines and resource requirements to meet enterprise-wide goals.
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and corporate teams on project performance.
Mentor project leaders and lead process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with our leadership team to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage a team overseeing multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
Select and apply project management methodologies in line with project requirements.
Stay updated on industry best practices and standards.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining confidentiality.
Complete annual compliance training, including BSA regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
