HR Director at Universal Diagnostics| Creating a future where cancer is curable.

About our Company:

Universal DX, Inc. is an international Company with a highly experienced team focused on cracking cancer’s code. Through our multi-omics and bioinformatics models, we have figured out how to read the disease’s signals in blood with high accuracy to detect cancer in its earliest stages. Starting with a colorectal cancer screening liquid biopsy test, we are building a multi-cancer platform to identify the unique DNA regions associated with different types of cancers.

The Opportunity:

Universal DX seeks an experienced Vice President of Product Development to join our growing team.

You will report to the COO and work with Researchers, Wet and Dry Lab teams, Regulatory/ Quality/Operations teams and Universal DX’s external partners.

You will play an integral role in contributing towards the Company’s future growth by leading and ensuring the successful development and scale-up of commercial in vitro diagnostic (IVD) assays that use next-generation sequencing (NGS). You will ensure that both the assay and bioinformatics pipelines are built together and properly integrated to realize a successful product.

The VP of Product Development will be a seasoned leader who can build, scale, and motivate teams for CLIA and FDA-regulated product development. This strategic leadership role will lead Universal Dx towards aggressive business growth with a focus on innovative product design and development.

You will be part of a team that is passionate about developing novel diagnostic tests for the early detection of cancers. As part of the team, you will be in a company that aims more than just to become one of the leaders in the industry. We want to have a huge positive impact on society by achieving the ambitious purpose of “making cancer a curable disease by detecting it earlier”.
